Absenses and tardiness' should be communicated with your instructor at least 24 hours in advance. For excused absences, we will do everything possible to establish a make-up lesson on a different day, so we do not miss out on the weekly instruction time. If an absence is excused and a make-up is not possible, the following month you will be credited for the missed lesson. We understand that last minute emergencies can come up and we do everything we can to accomodate our students when they do. If you have a vacation planned, where you will be missing one or more lessons, please communicate that in advance, so we can plan to make-up lessons before you leave and for when you return.

We require notice at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make a scheduled rehearsal. Any last minute (day of) cancellations, or no-call-no-show, the musician/band will still be required to pay for the first hour at a rate of $35. We don't want you to miss out on any practice time, so we try to be as flexible as possible. Just contact us asap if anything comes up and you may need to reschedule.

All drum sticks, mallets and specialty implements are non-returnable.
